🍗 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1–2 teaspoons minced garlic (follow your heart)

  • 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits in juicedo not drain!

  • 1 lb thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

  1. Preheat & Prep:
    Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray like you mean it.

  2. Mix the Sauce:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and chicken broth until smooth and sugar is dissolved.

  3. Layer in the Flavor:
