What's the deal?
See answers to some of the most common questions we get below.While some flavors are best suited to particular foods, we have worked extremely hard to ensure that our flavors are as versatile as can be. We love creativity in the kitchen and we are hoping that our flavors lead you to try something fun and new in your cooking adventures!
As with all herbs and spices, they are at peak freshness for up to a year but will still maintain flavor for up to 3 years provided they are kept in a cool, dry place.
We don't use those weird chemical "anti-caking" agents in our blends and that can lead to some flavors becoming clumpy, especially in humid weather. If this happens simply break some out and crush it up or run it through a coffee grinder to get it back to it's normal state.
We work hard to ensure that all our packages are packed in a way to keep the items safe while they travel to you. However, things do happen and sometime pressure changes lead to safety seals breaking. If that happens please reach out to us immediately and we will work with you to make it right!
We strive to get your order out the door and on it's way to you in 2 business days. Though some orders that include make on order items, such as the 20 oz bags, will take longer.
