At Flavor Expedition Co., we stand behind our seasonings. We believe bold flavor should come with confidence — that’s why we offer a 30-Day Flavor Satisfaction Guarantee on your first purchase.
How the Guarantee Works
If you’ve tried one of our seasonings and it didn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future claims
- This does not apply to damaged bottles/product.
Please note: If you receive an order that is damaged upon delivery, DO NOT THROW IT AWAY! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged package. We will work with you on a suitable replacement or refund based on your specific case.

All Other Items
Returns of any other merchandise may be returned in unused condition up to 30 days after purchase for in-store credit or exchange.
Upon receiving your return, we will remit a refund in the manner in which you paid within 5 business days.
All returns should be mailed to the address below:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including insurance on the package for the original value of the item(s) being returned.
Under no condition will original shipping charges be refunded on any order.
To initiate a return, please contact support@flavorexpedition.com. Please provide your order number, pictures of the damaged product (if applicable), and reason for return.
