I was hesitant about Hazy Midnight..it has a mild flavor to it and on its own you can taste the coffee..but if you love tender juicy steaks, burgers, and briskets this is a MUST have!! It tenderizes the meat and brings out the natural flavors of what you're cooking instead of masking it with too much salt and pepper like other seasonings! I use this on all of my briskets..as a rub and as part of my injection!! No Red Meat gets cooked without Hazy Midnight!!
