Ingredients
- 6–8 cups stale white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 large yellow or white onion, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped (include leaves for extra flavor!)
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2–3 tablespoons Tuscan Evening seasoning from Flavor Expedition Co.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
