Ingredients
- 3–4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño, deseeded + minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed, don’t be lazy)
- Hot Rod Howie’s Spicy Citrus Cilantro (start with 1 tsp, then go full throttle)
Instructions
-
Toss those tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro into a medium bowl like you mean it.
-
Hit it with the lime juice and a generous shake of Hot Rod Howie’s. Stir it up like a DJ at a block party.
-
Taste it. Cry a little (in a good way). Add more seasoning if you're into danger.
-
Serve immediately if you’re impatient, or cover and refrigerate to let that flavor rev its engine overnight.
Pro Tip
Let it chill for 10 minutes in the fridge!
