Smoky Avocado Toast

Smoky Avocado Toast

Feb 25, 2026

This isn’t your basic “I’m-on-a-cleanse” avocado toast. This is avocado toast that lifts weights, grills steaks, and seasons eggs like a legend.

🥑 Smoky Avocado Toast

Feeds: 2–4 people (or 1 very committed eater)
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 12 minutes
Cook Temp: Medium heat (for eggs, if using)
Servings: 2–4 slices

🛒 Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
4 slices sourdough, multigrain, or artisan bread
2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting)
1 tbsp Smoking Embers Steak & Egg Seasoning
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp salt (optional, to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
2 eggs (optional, for topping)
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat seekers)
Microgreens or chopped parsley (optional, for pretending you’re fancy)

👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Toast Like You Mean It

Toast your bread until golden and crispy.

  • Use a toaster, skillet, or oven.

  • If skillet-toasting, spread lightly with butter or olive oil first.

Crispy bread = strong foundation. Respect the base.

2. Smash That Avocado 🥊

In a bowl, add:

  • Avocados

  • Lemon juice

  • Smoking Embers seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Optional salt

Mash until mostly smooth with some chunks left. Texture matters, baby.

Taste and adjust seasoning. Don’t be shy.

3. (Optional but Elite) Cook the Eggs

If adding eggs, heat a skillet over medium.

Cook eggs to your preference:

  • Fried (runny yolk gang 💛)

  • Scrambled (soft and fluffy)

  • Over easy (balanced lifestyle)

Season lightly with more Smoking Embers while cooking.

4. Assemble the Legend

Spread avocado mixture generously over each toast slice.

Top with:

  • Egg (if using)

  • Extra sprinkle of Smoking Embers

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Microgreens

  • Cherry tomatoes

Admire your work. Take a photo. Then destroy it.

🌶️ Tips & Notes

  • More Smoke: Add an extra pinch of Smoking Embers before serving.

  • Protein Boost: Add bacon, turkey slices, or grilled chicken.

  • Dairy Upgrade: Crumble feta or goat cheese on top.

  • Crunch Factor: Sprinkle toasted seeds or crushed almonds.

  • No Eggs? Still elite. Still delicious. Still respected.
