Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 1 packet instant ramen noodles (ditch the sad flavor packet)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 32 oz chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3 oz soy sauce (add more to taste)
  • Sriracha (to taste—if you dare)
  • 2 oz thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Dragons Twilight seasoning (generous shake!)

Instructions

  • Rub & Sear That Steak:
Rub both sides of the skirt steak with a healthy layer of Dragons Twilight. Sear in a hot pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute per side for rare-medium rare. Set aside and let it rest—don’t skip this part unless you like chewy sadness.

  • Noodle Time:
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Toss in ramen noodles and cook until soft (around 2-3 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  • Broth of Fire:
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant—about 1 minute. Stir in broth, soy sauce, sriracha, and sliced carrots. Craving extra fire? Add another hit of Dragons Twilight to the broth. Simmer gently while prepping the rest.

  • Soft-Boiled Egg Hack:
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Gently drop in an egg and cook for 5 minutes. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Once cool, peel and slice in half.

  • Assemble Your Fire Bowl:
Divide noodles between 2–3 bowls. Ladle in the hot broth. Top each bowl with slices of steak, half a soft-boiled egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.

  • Serve & Sweat:
Grab chopsticks, a napkin (you’ll cry a little), and prepare to fall in love with pain.
You’ve just tamed the dragon. Congrats, legend.
