1. Load the Flavor Machine
Add to your food processor:
Chickpeas
Lemon juice
Tahini
Garlic
Olive oil
Smoking Embers
Cumin (if using)
Lock the lid. Prepare for greatness.
2. Blend It Smooth
Blend for 60–90 seconds until thick and creamy.
Scrape down sides. Blend again.
We’re going for “luxury hummus,” not “grainy regret.”
3. Adjust the Texture
With processor running, slowly add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time.
Stop when:

4. Taste & Tweak
Taste test (mandatory).
Need more smoke? Add more Smoking Embers.
More brightness? Add lemon.
More richness? Add olive oil.

Create a swirl with the back of a spoon.
Drizzle olive oil.
