1. Marinate the Chicken
Slice chicken breasts into slider-sized pieces. Toss them into a bowl with buttermilk and 1 tsp Crisp Morning seasoning. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes—or overnight if you’re a planner.

2. Prepare the Coating
Mix flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and the remaining 1 tsp Crisp Morning seasoning in a shallow dish. This is where the crispy magic happens.

3. Fry the Chicken
Heat a skillet with a thin layer of oil over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, dredge each piece in the seasoned flour, and pan-fry until golden and cooked through—about 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside on a wire rack (or a paper-towel-lined plate if you’re fancy like that).

4. Make the Apple Butter Glaze
Melt butter and honey in a small pan. Stir in shredded green apple and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened and saucy. Spoon this sticky-sweet goodness over your fried chicken pieces.

5. Assemble the Sliders
Toast those mini waffles until lightly crispy. Sandwich a glazed chicken piece between two waffles, drizzle with maple syrup, and secure with a toothpick.

6. Serve & Brag
Pile them high on a platter, snap a photo before your guests devour them, and enjoy warm. Perfect with a side of mimosas (or sweet tea if you’re keeping it wholesome).

These Apple Jalapeño Chicken Waffle Sliders are proof that brunch can be bold, playful, and addictive. Try them once and you’ll never go back to boring toast. Hungry for more flavor adventures?
