Mix the magic. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, and Dragons Twilight. Try not to chug it.

Marinate the meat. Pour half the marinade over the pork chops and let them lounge for 10 minutes. Longer if you’ve got time (up to 1 hour).

Save the sauce. Reserve the other half of the marinade—don’t mix it with the raw pork, we like you alive.

Sear the sizzle. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork chops (discarding that used marinade).

Flip & finish. Brown the chops for 5–6 minutes, flip them, then pour in your reserved marinade.

Simmer the spice. Let it cook for another 6–8 minutes until the pork reaches 160°F and the sauce thickens.

Rest and impress. Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest 3–5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or a splash of lime if you're feelin’ fancy.
