-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
-
In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, cheddar, buffalo sauce, ranch, and a generous shake of Volcanic Sunset. Stir until creamy and spooky-delicious.
-
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut jack-o’-lantern face pieces (triangles for eyes, zigzag mouth, etc.) and set aside.
-
Bake face pieces on a baking sheet for about 12 minutes, until golden brown and slightly puffy.
-
With the remaining dough, cut into squares. Place a cheddar cube on each square and roll into balls.
-
Arrange dough balls in a ring around the edge of the greased skillet. Spoon the dip into the center.
-
Bake the whole thing for 35 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the dip is bubbling like a witch’s cauldron.
-
Brush the dough with melted butter and press the face pieces into the center for a creepy-cute finish.
Optional (but highly recommended): Hit the whole thing with another sprinkle of Volcanic Sunset for bonus heat and flavor.
