INGREDIENTS

½ stick (55g) unsalted butter melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey (or brown sugar)
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon powder
1 tablespoon Scorching Afternoon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¾ pound deli sliced roasted turkey
¾ pound sliced colby jack cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a 9×9 or 7×11 inch baking pan/sheet (if you don’t have either, then use 9×13).
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey or brown sugar, poppy seeds, garlic, Scorching Afternoon and Worcestershire sauce.
Slice the rolls in half using a serrated knife to separate the tops from the bottoms.
Over the bottom of the rolls, spread the mayonnaise
Then layer half of the turkey, all of the cheese, then the remaining turkey slices. Cover with the top of the rolls.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops (or pour it over the rolls), cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until done/golden brown. Keep an eye on the sliders so they don’t burn.
