AKA: The salsa that slaps harder than your cousin’s mixtape.
Perfect for chips, tacos, eggs, burgers—or just eat it with a spoon. We don’t judge.


🌶️ FLAVOR FUEL (a.k.a. Ingredients)

  • 3–4 ripe tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 fresh jalapeño, deseeded + minced

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed, don’t be lazy)

  • Hot Rod Howie’s Spicy Citrus Cilantro (start with 1 tsp, then go full throttle)


🍴 FEEDS: 4 spice-loving snackers

⏱️ PREP TIME: 10 minutes

🔥 COOK TIME: Zero. It's raw. Like your humor.

❄️ CHILL TIME (optional): 1 hour in the fridge to let the flavors party.


🛠️ ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (we're not calling this “cooking”)

  1. Toss those tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro into a medium bowl like you mean it.

  2. Hit it with the lime juice and a generous shake of Hot Rod Howie’s. Stir it up like a DJ at a block party.

  3. Taste it. Cry a little (in a good way). Add more seasoning if you're into danger.

  4. Serve immediately if you’re impatient, or cover and refrigerate to let that flavor rev its engine overnight.
