Howie's Spicy Pico De Gallo

If you were lucky enough to score our Special Edition Hotrod Howie's Spicy Citrus Cilantro seasoning last weekend, you're going to love Howie's Spicy Pico De Gallo!

INGREDIENTS

3-4 medium tomatoes

1/2 onion

1 jalapeno

1/2 cup cilantro

2 tablespoon lime juice

Hotrod Howie's

DIRECTIONS

1. Dice tomatoes and onion. Deseed and finely mince the jalapeno. Chop the cilantro.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Stir in the lime juice and Hotrod Howie's to taste. Enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate overnight!
