SPICY MUSTARD DEVILED EGGS
INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Scorching Afternoon
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the eggs into a small pot on the stove.
Cover with at least an inch of water.
Set to medium high heat and cover with a lid.
Once the eggs come to a rolling boil, remove from the stove and set a timer for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes is up, drain the eggs and place in ice cold water.
Carefully peel the eggs and cut in half.
Separate the eggs white and egg yolks.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar to the egg yolks.
Mash with a fork and stir together until smooth.
Layer the bottom of a small shallow dish with Scorching Afternoon.
Dip the egg whites hole faced down into the seasoning.
Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the egg white and add any desired garnish.
