Roasted, spiced nuts make for a healthy and delicious snack! Plus, they're so quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup almonds raw
1 cup walnut halves raw
1 cup cashews raw
2 tsp olive or avocado oil

1-2 tablespoons Sour Cream Onion Jalapeno snack seasoning
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Place nuts on baking sheet and drizzle with oil, snack seasoning and salt.
3. Roast for 3 minutes, then shake the pan, and roast remaining 2 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. Once cooled, store in air tight container on the counter and eat within 10 days for optimum flavor, or freeze for up to 3 months!
