Be the hit of the party with this Crack Chicken Queso Dip featuring our Hot Rod Howie's Spicy Citrus Cilantro seasoning. Throw it in the crockpot an hour or two before the game starts, and you'll have the cheesiest, most delicious chicken dip!
PROVISIONS
12- oz velveeta
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 (10-oz) cans Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
PREP
Stovetop Preparation: In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Cook on medium until cheese has melted. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.
Microwave Preparation: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, stir. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes, stir. Continue microwaving in 1 to 2-minute intervals until cheese is melted and dip is thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.
Slow Cooker Preparation: Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 1 to 2 hours, until cheese is melted. Add more milk if the cheese dip is too thick.
