PROVISIONS
1.5 lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tsp Crisp Morning (apple jalapeño) seasoning
½ cup apple cider
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 apple, thinly sliced
PREP
1. Rub pork with olive oil and Crisp Morning seasoning.
2. In a hot skillet, sear on all sides until golden brown.
3. Transfer to a 375°F oven and roast for 15–18 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
4. In the same skillet, mix apple cider, Dijon mustard, and honey. Simmer until slightly thickened.
