You could settle for boring Tuesday night takeout...
Or you could sizzle up a pan of steak-kissed deliciousness that tastes like it’s been marinated in a jazz club at 2 a.m.
This ain’t your average stir-fry. We rubbed this steak down in Hazy Midnight—our brown sugar & coffee blend that’s smoother than a late-night FM radio host. Tossed with crisp veggies, a punchy sauce, and a whole lot of flavor, this dish is ready to be your new weeknight obsession. No heat, just all the flavor and a little after-dark attitude.

🌡️ Cook Temp:
Medium-high heat
🛒 Ingredients:
Veggies & Steak
-
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
-
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
2–3 broccoli crowns, chopped into florets
-
2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
-
3–4 tbsp Hazy Midnight seasoning (don’t be shy)
Stir Fry Sauce
-
2 garlic cloves, pressed
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
-
⅓ cup soy sauce
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
👩🍳 Directions:
-
Mix the Magic: In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside like it’s plotting something.
-
Veggie Glow-Up: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Toss in the peppers and stir-fry until they’re just starting to caramelize (around 3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
-
Steak Time: Crank up the heat to high and toss in those steak strips. Sear until they’re golden brown and just cooked through. Sprinkle generously with Hazy Midnight.
-
Bring it Together: Add the veggies back to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir-fry everything together for another 2–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes like a dream.
-
Serve It Up: Dish it out over rice, noodles, or straight from the pan—we’re not judging.
